Our operations team is currently seeking a qualified Customer Assistance Manager (HUB Field Operations)! This position will actively lead and manage 5-10 field based Customer Assistance Representatives (C.A.R.) – Ops Drivers within an assigned region. The ideal candidate will provide training and place the highest emphasis on exceptional customer service and professionalism.
What You’ll Do:
- Ensure regional operations and logistics are efficient and effective
- Evaluate team performance, coach, train and address performance opportunities
- Analyze performance trends to identify ways to maximize results
- Provide professional and courteous service to customers, regardless of circumstances
- Roll-up your sleeves and perform C.A.R. duties with the team when the need arises
- Off-load merchandise returns and assist with collections support as needed
- Sit or stand, bend, push/pull, climb and reach
Minimum Experience & Qualifications:
- Must have prior management and collections experience
- Previous warehouse, logistics, laborer and driver experience is helpful
- Need to have a satisfactory MVR (driving record), valid driver’s license, and D.O.T. physical certification in states that require it
- Bilingual is a strong plus, but not required (Spanish and English)
- Regularly lift 25-50 lbs. without assistance or push & pull up to 100 lbs. using a dolly and other safety equipment
