Progressive Leasing is currently looking for an Account Executive with experience, skills, and knowledge of online consumer behavior to spearhead our Jewelry segment within our eCommerce Sales organization. The role will be responsible for driving company initiatives specific to customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals.

This role can be performed remotely anywhere in the US or from one of our locations in Draper, UT or Glendale, AZ.

YOU ARE: The ideal candidate will be proficient in creating and nurturing relationships with major national and regional jewelry retailers (that operate in both omnichannel and pureplay eCommerce channels) to help drive sales, increase utilization, and improve the customer experience.

A high-powered sales and ecommerce professional with extensive experience exceeding quota and impacting growth with an organization. In this role you will act as a brand ambassador for Progressive Leasing, fostering relationships with our national and major regional Jewelry partners. You will demonstrate time management, organizational, and strategic thinking skills while impacting revenue through relationships and improving the ecommerce customer experience.


  • Drive eCommerce revenue growth within assigned accounts
  • Build and maintain partner relationships
  • Collaborate with National Jewelry sales teams and other functional departments to optimize the performance of assigned accounts
  • Develop and implement Annual and Quarterly business plans to drive measurable results for Progressive Leasing and our eCommerce customers
  • Anticipate the needs of the customer; strategically planning and addressing those needs
  • Act as the lead for all internal support organizations with a working knowledge of operations, finance, training, marketing, account management, legal, SAAS and eCommerce businesses
  • Carry out other duties as needed
  • Travel less than 20% of the time


  • 5+ years’ Sales Account Management experience
  • 3+ years’ eCommerce account management experience to be considered
  • 3+ years’ experience selling eCommerce or Fintech solutions into eCommerce retailers
  • 3+ years’ experience selling to consumer Jewelry accounts preferred
  • Proficient with MS Office tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
