Account Support Specialist - Specialty Division

Have a strong background in sales support and account management? If so, we currently have an excellent opportunity for an Account Support Specialist to join our well-respected company! In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Progressive Leasing by maintaining customer information in our systems, as well as building upon relationships with customers for a designated National Account Executive.

What You'll Do:

  • Build strong relationships with key contacts and existing customers via phone and email
  • Create and maintain customer information while systematically checking information to ensure accuracy is maintained
  • Create customized catalogs and order forms for distribution and work closely with a designated National Account Executive to ensure customer needs are satisfied in a timely period
  • Provide regular reports for customers upon request
  • Communicate with various internal Progressive Leasing departments to resolve customer issues, concerns, requests, etc.
  • Provide product information to our customers, and assist customer service in comparing product features
  • Use company CRM tool to record actions and tasks handled as well as document key contact information
  • Send out product samples and coordinate with the National Account Executive
  • Perform various other tasks and duties as assigned

Minimum Experience & Qualifications:

  • 2 + years sales support, account management or customer service experience (required)
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite, MS Word, Excel and Power-Point
  • Must be able to create basic Excel spreadsheets, enter basic formulas, format spreadsheets, manipulate data and print
  • Proficient using Adobe Photo Shop is a plus but not required
  • Knowledge of Progressive Leasing's products and process' is a plus
  • Must have superior interpersonal skills as well as oral and written communication skills
  • Strong time management skills and highly organized with the ability to multi-task
  • Possess a strong sense of urgency
  • Detail oriented and maintain a high level of accuracy in their work
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • BA/BS degree (preferred) or equivalent years of work experience
