Administrative Assistant

We have a terrific opportunity available for an Administrative Assistant to support our Contact Center team. The successful candidate must be a self-driven professional with the ability to work independently and prioritize workload. He/she must have strong administrative support skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and meet stringent deadlines with a superior degree of professionalism, tact and precision.

What You'll Do:

  • Effectively manage the administrative support functions for the department
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, including conference rooms, meeting agendas, communication, and travel
  • Attend designated meetings, take meeting minutes, and manage action items to ensure execution
  • Prepare and maintain selected reports and documents as requested
  • Create a variety of documents which may include business plans, corporate communication, client communication, letters, spreadsheets, and reports
  • Develop presentations for various speaking engagements, internal and external meetings
  • Foster positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including internal staff, clients, distributors, vendors, and other contacts
  • Process purchase orders, supply orders, expense reports and travel requests in a timely manner
  • Work within defined procedures to successfully execute all assigned activities
  • Represent Progressive Leasing and our clients in a professional and exceptionally discreet manner at all times, including communication, dress, and conduct

Minimum Experience & Qualifications:

  • 2 - 3 years of related experience 
  • Project management experience with the ability to successfully plan, execute, and track projects
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple functions simultaneously and respond to changing priorities
  • Self-driven with the ability to take initiative, work independently, and prioritize workload
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to interact confidently and professionally with all levels within the organization, including senior executive management and external contacts
  • Demonstrate ability to meet tight deadlines and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining the highest levels of customer service and detail
  • Flexible and open to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed timeframes
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including business writing, content development, and editing
  • Keen attention to detail, commitment to quality and solid judgement
  • Highly skilled with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Minimum high school graduate or equivalent; completion of a specialized course of study in administrative support or business highly preferred
