For this reason, eligible candidates must reside in Arizona. Interviewing, onboarding and training will be a completely virtual experience!

Position Details:

  • Start Date: Monday, October 19, 2020
  • Virtual Training: 4 Weeks/Full-time/Mandatory - Mon-Fri from 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Full-time and Part-time shifts available outside of training
  • Shifts Available: AM (6:00am-2:30pm, 7:00am-3:30pm) MID (8:00am-4:30pm, 10:00am-6:30pm) or PM (11:30am-8:00pm)
  • Rotating Saturday's Required 
  • Compensation: $15/HR + BONUS! 

What You’ll Do:

  • Responsible for in-bound and out-bound calls, collecting on accounts that are <60 days past due
  • Provide top tier support and service to our customers

Minimum Experience & Qualifications:

  • High school Diploma or GED equivalent required

  • 18+ years of age required

  • Experience in Customer Service and/or Collections

  • Excellent communication skills; verbal, written, interpersonal interactions

  • Experience deescalating and/or negotiating with customers in a professional environment is strongly preferred

  • Phone Experience in a customer service/call center environment strongly preferred

  • Computer & Typing literacy/proficiency, working with multiple software applications/screens simultaneously

Requirements for Temporary Work From Home:

  • Reside in Utah

  • Willing to work in a Progressive Leasing location once they have been reopened (Progressive Leasing will follow the guidance of official public health and safety organizations and will ensure additional safety measures are implemented before reopening any location)

  • A designated home-based workspace (preferably one that is quiet and free from distractions)

  • Wired internet connection with internet service speeds of at least 10 mbps download and 4 mbps upload to ensure continuous support through excellent call quality and high-speed response rates (wireless, DSL and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems)

Physical Requirements:

This is a desk-based role which requires an individual to remain seated for long periods of time, ability to manually operate office equipment such as computer keyboard, mouse, calculator, phone, copier/scanner, and similar machines. As such, vocal dexterity and the ability to hear average-volume conversations is required.
