Customer Relations Manager

Draper, UT

What You'll Do:

  • Work directly with Merchants and customers to resolve any or all complaints
  • Accurately track and document complaint resolution process
  • Record detailed notes regarding customer accounts
  • Manage difficult or emotional customer situation while controlling personal emotions
  • Act as an ambassador to our company with multiple clients
  • Speak clearly, pleasantly and persuasively in positive or negative situations
  • Respond to, and follow-up with customer needs not immediately resolved

Minimum Experience & Qualifications: 

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to customers and employees
  • Proficiency in basic math skills, including calculating discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, etc.
  • Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
