Financial BI Analyst Draper, Utah

We’re looking for a Financial BI Analyst for our Draper, UT office. The position is a cross-functional role on the FP&A team that reports to the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis. The analyst will be key in architecting data solutions, constructing financial models, and integrating data into comprehensive reports.

Although you may work remotely on a temporary basis due to COVID-19, this position will be based out of our Headquarters in Draper, UT. Living within a reasonable radius is required as it may be necessary for you to visit the office on a business needs basis. 


  • Develop database driven financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Organize team workflows and ensure tasks are being completed in a timely manner
  • Build and enhance existing Power BI Dashboards used by upper management
  • Be actively involved in the planning process for key financial metrics
  • Utilize SSAS to build tabular models for quick and efficient analysis
  • Coordinate new data requests with the BI Engineer and assist in data modeling into the warehouse


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Information Systems or relevant work experience 
  • Self-driven with superior organizational skills, integrity, and great follow-through on tasks
  • Innovative, creative, and constantly looking for ways to deliver

  • Ability to run advanced ad-hoc SQL requests using SSMS
  • Advanced Power BI experience including writing DAX
  • Knowledge of data warehousing and experience building star schemas
  • Prior experience managing projects using Agile or similar methodology


  • Business Intelligence experience working with an ETL tool
  • Prior experience in a financial
