We are currently hiring a Marketing Manager to help grow our company and ensure our mission is achieved!

This role is a work from home position and can be performed remotely anywhere in the continental US or in one of our corporate locations in Utah or Arizona.

YOU ARE: An experienced marketing professional with demonstrable success at a first-class organization. You bring to the table a rich blend of strategic and tactical expertise in both traditional and digital marketing spaces. Specializing in crafting and implementing multifaceted marketing strategies, your proficiency spans across email marketing, social media management, search engine marketing, programmatic and display advertising, web marketing, and content marketing.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation.
  • Evaluate the competitive landscape and adjust marketing strategies to ensure optimal positioning and market penetration.
  • Design, execute, and analyze email campaigns that align with overarching marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and conversion.
  • Utilize analytics to gauge campaign efficacy, implementing adjustments as necessary to optimize performance.
  • Curate and manage content across various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, using insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Develop and manage SEM campaigns, ensuring optimal keyword selection, bid management, and budget allocation.
  • Analyze campaign performance, making strategic adjustments to enhance visibility and click-through rates.
  • Oversee the development and execution of programmatic advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with target demographics and marketing objectives.
  • Analyze and optimize campaign performance, ensuring efficient budget utilization and maximizing ROI.
  • Develop and manage a content calendar, ensuring consistent and high-quality content production across various digital channels.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs, providing insights into campaign performance and customer engagement.
  • Develop actionable insights from data analysis to optimize existing campaigns and inform future strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and outside agencies, ensuring cohesive execution of marketing strategies across all customer touchpoints.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring strategic allocation of resources across various marketing channels and campaigns.
  • Ensure optimal ROI by constantly monitoring expenditure against performance metrics and making necessary adjustments.

YOU’LL BRING:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent industry-related experience.
  • At least two years of digital marketing experience with a focus on executing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with current marketing trends, technologies, and advancements, adapting strategies to align with evolving industry paradigms.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Mailchimp, Figma, Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Wordpress.
  • Basic understanding of SEM platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools with a willingness to learn and derive insights from campaign data.
  • Great communication skills, with an ability to create compelling messages across various digital platforms.
  • Capability to create engaging content for different audience segments.
  • Develop innovative marketing strategies that meld creative content with data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to experiment with the crafting and implementing of strategies that enhance brand presence.
  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
