Progressive Leasing is seeking a Senior Curriculum Designer / Trainer (Remote). As part of the Sales Enablement team, you will create programs to develop the sales organization through training, evaluation, coaching, mentoring and facilitating learning. In this role you will accelerate, ramp and maximize the skill and efficiency of the sales organization through the programs you develop and deliver with the team.

This role can be performed remotely anywhere in the US or from one of our office locations in Draper, UT or Glendale, AZ.


As a Learning and Development Trainer, your role will be one of the most impactful at Progressive Leasing as it relates to supporting our market share and customer experience. This position will support the training and development for our Inside Sales, Field Sales, Sales Management and Leadership teams. This role will partner with Sales leadership and other key stakeholders to develop and deliver on target impactful programs focused on effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and business environment. You will partner with Sales leadership to monitor and evaluate sales team performance to determine ROI and effectiveness of programs and adapt to evolving needs.


  • Support Sales leadership with the design, development, and delivery of learning strategies and programs specifically targeted to the sales team and division
  • Provide program leadership, leverage existing content, and create new content that will build the skills and capabilities of our Sales team members
  • Develop an action plan and solicit feedback to measure program effectiveness and adapt programs with a demonstrated ROI
  • Work with other Sales team stakeholders (compliance, marketing, HR and product teams) to ensure that the sales task force has skills, knowledge, and tools required to optimize the sales experience
  • Facilitate interactive Sales development sessions for new and existing sales professionals both in person and virtually
  • Develop and implement innovative and engaging programs that will make Progressive Leasing a great place to work and build a career for our sales professionals
  • Create and facilitate training across the sales organization including sales managers, directors, and executives


  • 6+ years of relevant experience
  • 2+ years of professional sales experience (carrying a quota and applying sales methodologies)
  • 3+ years of experience designing, developing and delivering a comprehensive sales training curriculum, including onboarding
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of our products, customers, competitors, and sales techniques
  • Capable of identifying needs or gaps in sales techniques and performance
  • Extensive experience developing and facilitating both in person and virtual learning
  • Superb facilitation and presentation skills that own the room confidently and holds people's attention
  • Familiarity with various selling methodologies including Challenger Model, Value Selling, etc.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication skills required with an overall positive and professional disposition
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, possess a high level of self-motivation, and have a strong work ethic
  • Extensive experience using various learning technologies including LMS (Cornerstone), Virtual Coaching tools, Zoom, CRM, etc.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant work experience
