Summer 2022 Intern - Delivery Management (Remote) Draper, Utah
We are seeking a knowledgeable Intern - Delivery Management (Remote) to serve as a resource and partner for the Delivery Managers in our Agile Portfolio Office. This role will have a focus on portfolio level reporting and analysis working collaboratively with all our software engineering teams and various functional departments to achieve organizational objectives. This role will be focused onapplying and optimizing our use of metrics to understand our Agile processes and maximize our effective delivery of software.
This role can be performed remotely anywhere in the US.
- Run and evaluate daily and weekly portfolio management reports
- Document and refine reporting procedures
- Develop report templates and automate report functionality
- Present and interpret report results to drive improvements using Agile, Lean, and Six Sigma principles
- Contribute to ongoing project to replace Excel reports with EazyBI for Jira
- Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field (Math, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
- Basic skills with Excel, Word, Power Point
- Process Management knowledge or interest
- Project Management knowledge or interest
- Process documentation; Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) writing knowledge or interest
- Agile or Scrum methodology knowledge or interest
PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERTISE
- Advanced skills with SQL, Excel pivot tables and/or VBA
