Are you a creative problem solver that looks for ways to achieve something vs. listing the reasons why it can’t be done?  If so, then we have a fantastically fitting opportunity for you as an Operations Trainer in Glendale, AZ!Under the direction of the Operations Training Supervisor; you will educate, inspire, and motivate our employees to provide world-class customer support.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver instructor-led training to groups of varying sizes
  • Provide a structured, yet engaging learning environment
  • Execute new and different facilitation methodologies (autonomous, blended, interactive, etc.)
  • Orchestrate training logistics between various stakeholders
  • Communicate training plans and progress to multiple parties
  • Keep up on business knowledge by taking at least 4 hours of calls each month
  • Develop curriculum as needed

Required Experience & Qualifications: 

  • Two years of training experience and/or one year of team lead experience preferred
  • Results oriented, and able to accomplish assigned tasks consistently
  • Provide feedback on curricula, and train programs as written
  • Proficient knowledge with all Microsoft products, specifically Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively review and provide an accurate, well-organized deliverable in a time-conscious fashion
  • Superior verbal and written communications skills
  • Proven collaborative work style, with a strong ability to build relationships, gain credibility and partner with internal co-workers
  • Ability to organize and complete multiple high-priority projects on schedule under tight deadlines
  • Great project management skills, and able to work through ambiguity
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or equivalent work experience in a contact center environment
  • Flexible schedule is a must. You could be asked to conduct morning or evening new hire classes, depending on business needs
