Together with your team you will identify, prioritize, and lead the implementation of strategic initiatives that enable a world class experience for customers and employees.

This role can be performed remotely anywhere in the US or from one of our office locations in Draper, UT or Glendale, AZ.


  • Develop and execute project plans with milestones (i.e. iterative deliveries) to ensure scope, business value, stakeholders, cost, estimated timelines, risks and constraints are understood and met
  • Manage several high-priority projects at one time, staying on schedule under tight deadlines
  • Lead cross-functional groups implementing readiness plans for new retailers, technology solutions, and strategic initiatives
  • Work with key stakeholders and senior leaders to help define long-term strategic plans and roadmap
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvements to advance process maturity, project, and change management best practices into repeatable operational processes
  • Establish and maintain professional business relations with stakeholders to ensure a high level of service and customer satisfaction
  • Serve as Operations liaison to other business partners across the enterprise to provide necessary requirements and consistent insights for products, processes and experiences
  • Organize, direct and manage exempt employee(s)
  • Mentor, coach, and develop management staff
  • Support key initiatives and partnerships designed to advance Progressive Leasing’s business goals and to bring greater exposure to the Progressive Leasing brand
  • Other duties as assigned


  • 5 + years of experience in a Project Management role overseeing call center operations of 3,000 to 5,000+ employees
  • Experience in project and change management principles, methodologies, and tools; Industry certifications in project and/ or change management preferred
  • Proven ability to successfully manage, coach, and develop talent
  • Flexible and open to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment yet still able to balance compressed timeframes, all while maintaining the highest levels of customer service
  • High-integrity and initiative, focused on driving consistent results
  • Highly collaborative with excellent political savvy and business acumen to lead change throughout the organization
  • Keen attention to detail, commitment to quality, critical thinking, and exceptional judgment
  • Ability to move from high-level strategy to detailed execution
  • Superior verbal and written communications skills
  • Proficient with all Microsoft products, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and other project managing tools like Workfront and Jira
  • Experience in a omni channel contact center environment a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
